Job Description: Are you a passionate problem-solver with a knack for building lasting relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? As an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, assisting them with a wide range of services and helping them secure the insurance policies they need to protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized advice on insurance and financial services.
  • New Policy Placement: Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs, explain policy options, and facilitate the placement of new insurance policies with State Farm.
  • Policy Management: Oversee existing policies, ensure timely renewals, and make necessary adjustments to ensure clients have the coverage they need.
  • Financial Services: Offer basic financial advice and direct clients to appropriate financial products and services, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Sales & Marketing: Proactively reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and promote our wide range of insurance and financial products.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, process documentation efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Licensing: Must obtain or possess both a State of California Property & Casualty Insurance License and a Life and Health Insurance License. 
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
